Thursday
The day starts mostly dry but increasingly cloudy with rain soon reaching Kent and East Anglia and spreading west through the morning and the afternoon. Expect showers to develop in the afternoon mostly on western Scotland, northwest England, Wales as well as Ireland. Some of these showers will be on the heavy side. Maximum temperatures at 14-15C over coastal areas, but 18-19C elsewhere, maybe 20C over western Ireland.


Thursday Night
Showers will tend to die away over most areas, however central and southern England as well as Wales and Southern Ireland will see occasional showers through the evening and overnight, a few on the heavy side. Minimum temperatures at 11-12C over most parts, but dripping to 8-9C over Scotland.
 


Friday
A rather cloudy day with occasional showers mostly over Ireland, England and Wales, a few of them on the heavy side. Scotland will see a few showers mostly over the Western Highlands, but it will be drier elsewhere. Through the evening most showers will die away with a few remaining over eastern counties of Ireland. Maximum temperatures at around 15-16C over coastal areas, but reaching 20-21C further inland.


Saturday
The day starts mostly dry and bright with sunny spells. Towards midday expect cloud to thicken up with showers developing mostly over England and Wales, some of them on the heavy side and possibly thundery. A few showers are possible over Scotland as well as eastern Ireland too. Drier in the evening with clear periods following. Afternoon temperatures at 14-15C over areas with showers, but reaching 18-19C elsewhere.
