Wednesday
For England and Wales a mostly dry day is expected with any earlier cloud cover breaking through the morning to allow sunny spells to develop. Feeling pleasantly warm with light winds. Thicker cloud across Northern Ireland and western Scotland as rain arrives from the west during the afternoon, mostly light with occasional heavier bursts. Mostly fine across eastern parts as cloud breaks through the morning. Highs of 14C in the rain in the northwest and 19C in the south.


Wednesday Night
Rain continues overnight in northwestern Scotland and Northern Ireland at times, with a mostly dry picture elsewhere across the UK. Clear spells will see temperatures fall away with lows of 11 to 14C north to south.

 
 
 


Thursday
Rain gradually clears northeastwards across northern Scotland, reaching the Northern Isles through the day where a cooler day is expected. For much of the country another dry and fine day is expected, with an isolated shower possible just about anywhere but mostly dry otherwise. Highs of 15 to 21C.
 


Friday
A mostly dry and fine day with lengthy spells of sunshine for many areas, with the further possibility of some light rain to the far north of Scotland during the afternoon. Always a little more cloud possible in northeast England and eastern Scotland suppressing temperatures somewhat. Across England and Wales most areas should see sunny spells and light winds. Highs of 16 to 22C north to south.
