Wednesday 27 March Cloudy for Scotland with a continuing mix of prolonged rain and snow, snow most frequent across Western Isles, Stirling, Argyll to Dumfries during the morning temperatures near 0C, remainig mostly cloudy during the afternoon with snow easing temperatures briefly 5C with a freshing E/SE wind. Starting cloudy though mainly dry Hampshire, midlands to Cumbria and Yorkshire 4C to start, outbreaks of rain across Wales, Devon and Cornwall through the morning with snow into Gwynedd at height later into Cumbria, showers frequent and often heavy with hail through the afternoon from Cornwall across midland to Yorkshire temperatures briefly 8C. Showers continuing into the evening for most though generally decreasing midlands to Yorkshire overnight. Thursday 28 March
Cloudy to start Devon and Cornwall to Hampshire with outbreaks of rain, rain also into Dyfed and later to Gwynedd, with rain moving into midlands during the morning. A mix of rain and showers for N.Ireland, Cumbria, Dumfries twoards Western Isles by and during the afternoon. Temperatures 5C at first 8C early afternoon. Rain and showers following into Sussex, Kent, Norfolk and Humberside during the afternoon. Rain and showers clearing into the evening for most though slow to clear Cumbria to Western Isles.
